Fulfs AuD, FAAA Joseph M. Fulfs AuD, FAAA

Dr. Fulfs received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ, in 1972 his Masters Degree in Audiology in 1996 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and his clinical doctorate in Audiology from The University of Florida in 2005. He is a Fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Fulfs is also a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and the Northeast Association of Hearing Health Professionals.


Prager MD, FACS David A. Prager MD, FACS

Dr. Prager received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and completed his specialty training at the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Prager also is a member of the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Northampton Medical Society.


Altobelli CRNP Karen L. Altobelli CRNP

Ms. Altobelli, a certified registered nurse practitioner, received her BSN from the University of Akron, Ohio in 1991 and her MS in Nursing from the University of Kansas in 1997. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has several years experience in family practice with patients of all ages.


Kaye M.D. Glenn M. Kaye M.D.

Dr. Kaye received his medical degree from the University of Rochester. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Kessler Institute and UMDNJ, and in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Mcgill University. Dr. Kaye has done fellowship training at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, and at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. He has subspecialty training in speech, voice and swallowing disorders.

Dr. Kaye treats all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat disease. His special interests include voice and swallowing disorders, laryngeal microsurgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and both therapeutic and cosmetic Botox injections.
